The USGI Industries Military Style Rain Poncho is a well made poncho but I do need to preface this by saying it is not actually military issued. It is a good size and made from ripstop camo material which I prefer. It has two metal clasp type buttons on the sides to close it up or you can roll it up and double it over if you want to use it as a pillow. It has eyelets in the bottom corners for drainage but I am unsure if this is for when the poncho is rolled up into a pillow or just for when there are light rain falls but not what would be considered heavy rains. It is a very well made poncho but the only downside is that it is a bit thin. I have seen some other Chinese ripstop rain ponchos that are better quality than this one but they are not nearly as large.
